05"XCP-mode" installation.

This mode provides a Xen Cloud Platform style installation which omits
a number of packages not based on open-source code in a similar manner
to previous XCP releases.

XCP is not supported by Citrix and therefore Citrix XenServer customers
should not use this mode.

  - To install or upgrade, type 0einstall-xcp <ENTER>05.
  - To install or upgrade without a serial console, type 
    0eno-serial-xcp <ENTER>05.
  - To install or upgrade in safe mode, type 0esafe-xcp <ENTER>05.
  - To install or upgrade to a multipathed root disk, type
    0emultipath-xcp <ENTER>05.
  - To boot into a shell prompt, type 0eshell-xcp <ENTER>05.
    (This is an advanced option and should be used with care.)
  - To perform a memory test, type 0ememtest <ENTER>05.
